New Hampshire legislation

Prescription Drug Monitoring (HB 630)
Will set up an electronic database for class 2 and 3 prescription drugs.

National legislation

National Pain Care Policy Act of 2007 (H.R. 2994)  
Promotes Pain Research.
Pain care education and training.
Pain Management Public Awareness Campaign.

Veterans Pain Care Act of 2007 (S. 2160)
Will require consistent and quality pain care be provided at each veterans health care facility.
Promotes research and training regarding pain care services relevant to the veteran population. 

Military Pain Care Act (not yet introduced)
